🚚 Canada-Wide Shipping

• FREE tracked shipping on orders $100+ (before tax)
• Flat rate shipping: $15 on orders under $100
• FREE letter mail shipping on qualifying refill items on orders $12+

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) and shipped from Ontario.

📬 Letter Mail Shipping (No Tracking)

Select lightweight refill items qualify for free oversized letter mail shipping.

• Delivery times may vary
• Once shipped, we are unable to track or locate these packages

📦 Shipping Schedule

Orders are primarily packed and shipped on:

• Mondays and Thursdays

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking, where applicable).

• Contact-free pickup available
• Orders ready within approximately 48 hours
• Pickup details will be sent once your order is ready

⚠️ Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Orders are processed exactly as entered at checkout, and we are often unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

Some checkout methods (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or browser autofill) may automatically populate saved addresses. We recommend reviewing your details before completing your purchase.

📦 Delivered Orders

Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, it is considered fulfilled.

Simply Natural Canada is not responsible for:

• Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout
• Packages that cannot be recovered after delivery

🔁 Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

If an incorrect address is entered:

Before shipment:
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet been processed.

After shipment or delivery:
We recommend:

• Contacting the address directly, if possible
• Checking with the carrier for additional delivery details

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

• We will contact you once it arrives back
• Reshipping fees will apply

🚚 Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on location.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
