Q: Do you offer free shipping in Canada?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under that amount ship for a flat rate of $15 via courier.
Q: Are you shipping during the Canada Post strike?
A: Yes. All Simply Natural Canada orders are shipped by courier during postal strikes to ensure timely delivery.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days across Canada once shipped.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, Simply Natural Canada ships within Canada only. If international shipping becomes available, we’ll update our policy.
Q: What if my order is stuck with Canada Post?
A: If your order is already in the Canada Post system during a strike, delays are unfortunately out of our control.
